These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern sales made on the Luminous Place website.
Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these conditions.

ARTICLE 2 — PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of lighting fixtures offered by Luminous Place.
ARTICLE 3 — PRODUCTS
The products offered are decorative and functional lighting fixtures intended for individuals and professionals.
The essential features are presented on each product page.
The photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations may exist depending on screens, materials or manufacturing.
ARTICLE 4 — AVAILABILITY
The products shown are available to order.
In some cases, an additional supply delay may be necessary. The customer will be notified by email.
ARTICLE 5 — PRICE
Prices are shown in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC).
Luminous Place reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The price charged is the one displayed at the time of the order.
Customs duties or local taxes may be required depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
ARTICLE 6 — ORDER
Any order placed on the site constitutes a sales contract.
The customer must verify the accuracy of the information provided (address, email, telephone).
Luminous Place cannot be held responsible for a data entry error resulting in a delivery failure.
An order confirmation is sent by email.
ARTICLE 7 — PAYMENT
Payment is due immediately.

ARTICLE 8 — DELIVERY

International delivery.
Time limit
The average delivery time is 7 to 15 business days.
Some models may require additional time. The customer will be informed.
These delivery times are indicative and may vary due to external factors (carriers, customs, periods of high activity).
Shipping
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number is sent.
Late delivery
A reasonable delay cannot give rise to immediate cancellation or compensation.
Unclaimed package / incorrect address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim it, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
ARTICLE 9 — ORDER RECEIPT
The customer must check the package upon receipt.
In the event of a damaged package, the customer must:

If notification is not received within this timeframe, the carrier may be held liable.
ARTICLE 10 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the legislation, the customer has a period of 30 days after receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.

Refunds are issued after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
The refund is issued via the original payment method.
The timeframe may vary depending on the banking institution.

The products come with a warranty of 2 to 5 years depending on the models.
It covers:

ARTICLE 15 — INSTALLATION & SAFETY
Light fixtures must be installed in accordance with current electrical standards.
Professional installation is recommended.
Luminous Place cannot be held responsible for any damage resulting from incorrect installation.
ARTICLE 16 — LIABILITY
Luminous Place cannot be held responsible for:

of a delay attributable to the carrier

due to improper installation

of improper use

of a case of force majeure
ARTICLE 17 — FORCE MAJEURE
Luminous Place cannot be held liable for unforeseen events or events beyond its control (natural disasters, strikes, health crises, customs blockages, etc.).
ARTICLE 18 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site is protected by intellectual property law.
All reproduction is prohibited.
